The story

A hotel turned into an enchanted forest.

Khyati and Chinay wanted a forest, but the venue was a ballroom. Our design team built one: moss-draped arches, hanging florals and a canopy of fairy lights that made guests forget the ceiling.

The sangeet was a full production: three choreographers, a live band and an act sequence that ran on the minute. A mobile run sheet kept staff, vendors and family aligned.

At closeout we reconciled every invoice against the budget. The couple received a single summary, with receipts and a photo archive, inside four weeks.
